Once the decision has been made to attend WorkAbilities, an intake meeting will be scheduled and an admission date planned.
Within 45 days following the admission date, a meeting will be held to evaluate the first 45 days of service and to determine a service support plan for the upcoming year.
Meetings following the 45-day review will take place as determined by the client and his/her legal representative.
